Neha Bassi

Born in Milan in 2001.

She graduated with full marks from the University of Milan with a thesis in Criminal law.
During her studies, she spent a semester in Spain at the University of Oviedo.
She joined the firm as a Trainee Lawyer, dealing mainly with:

• Corporate crimes;
• Bankruptcy crimes;
• Crimes against the Public Administration;
• Industrial criminal law;
• Organizational structures concerning health and safety in the workplace and related liability;
• Liability of corporations according to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
